Operational clutter and repetitive tasks, undocumented and low leverage tasks taking precious time of senior staff.
solution
Taking a process and systems-first approach to the key functions of the company, I was able to help with offer packages (eliminating high admin, low market value sub-services), operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
The Maritime Marketeer's core promise is simple, but what stood out as its edge was how effectively it delivered on press release distribution. One of the case studies I've had the opportunity to contribute to involves producing and distributing Solar Duck's plan to build the largest offshore floating solar plant. The writing reached 100+ in sustainable energy and other related news outlets globally, all thanks to TMM.

Producing global media reach is critical, but not the entire equation. How do you report on your results when, at times, the media outlets don't even bother to notify you that they released your content?
You could:
a) Manually search every search result including "Solar Duck", "Largest Offshore Floating Solar Plant", and do that for every widely spoken language (after extensive research, we have concluded that there was no simple and complete solution feasible for the company)
or b) Document the process to its pipeline, automate it, and pay a measly 40$ per month.
Alongside helping with the marketing communications and its system, I've developed an automation that can check Google and Bing search results using a Zapier workflow, where I gave ChatGPT very specific positive and negative instructions so that I could work through the steps and provide an Excel sheet with all the occurrences of the press release in different media outlets. (Fun fact, we found that Bing is more up-to-date with its crawling)
This solved the most time-consuming part of the problem. Instead of checking search results manually over the course of a few days for the delivery results, the company had a system where a single run could provide all the relevant search results, could be run multiple times, and could eliminate repeated links for simple reporting.
Another major task I had was developing a seminar service landing page involving a joint venture with the former regional manager of McDonalds NL, Rene Savelberg. During his tenure, he expanded McDonald's from 30 to 200 locations in the Netherlands.
