It is estimated that close to 70% of the whole world uses social media, and inevitably come across trendy, desirable products. But it is very often that we find out they charge outrageous shipping fees outside the US, therefore out of our reach.
solution
Eloria Shop was founded as a way to bridge the gap between Dutch and Belgian demand and the trend-setter US e-commerce market. In this project, I developed an efficient sourcing model and leveraged suppliers I've identified and validated for the concept. Localised ads and product pages using a mix of DeepL, ChatGPT, Gemini, and a very dear proof-reading Dutch friend.
Inspired by femininity and embracing a chic aura, Eloria empowers women against the noise of modern fast fashion.

Shop Eloria was my testing ground for all the research I have done to that point in my marketing career regarding levers of marketing, consumer psychology, and e-commerce foundations.
To launch Eloria as a credible women’s fashion e-commerce brand, I built and positioned the business from scratch using a lean, capital-efficient fulfilment model. Starting with an initial budget of $2,100, I conducted extensive product and market research, testing multiple products and creatives through TikTok Ads to identify scalable opportunities. I developed the full brand identity, including naming, positioning, website design, and persuasive product copy to establish Eloria as a feminine, chic, and trustworthy online store. The Shopify storefront was continuously optimised through structured A/B testing, improving conversion rates by an average of 1.03%.
To ensure operational scalability, I established strong supplier relationships through private suppliers, negotiating improved pricing, fulfilment speed, and product quality. I co-designed custom hoodie variations to increase product differentiation and margin potential. Paid media campaigns were managed end-to-end, with ad spend scaling up to $4,585 per month while maintaining performance discipline through creative testing, audience localisation for the Netherlands and Belgium markets, and short-form UGC ad production.
Customer experience and backend systems were structured to support sustainable growth. I hired and trained a remote customer support agent, resolving over 40 customer cases while building structured SOPs using AI tools to streamline workflows. By integrating performance marketing, supplier negotiation, and continuous conversion optimisation, Eloria generated over 500 sales within three months and demonstrated scalable unit economics in a competitive DTC environment.
